A note about Orland Park addresses: A mailing address that says Orland Park does not automatically mean a property is inside the incorporated Village. Some nearby properties may be in unincorporated Cook County or another municipality. Always confirm the actual jurisdiction for a specific property before relying on municipal services, taxes, permits or school information.

Orland Park subdivisions and neighborhoods

One of the interesting things about Orland Park is the variety of residential settings. You’ll find established neighborhoods with mature trees, condominium and townhome communities, golf-course surroundings, newer developments and larger homes on generous lots. Some areas have a distinctly traditional suburban feel, while others offer attached-home living and lower-maintenance options.

The alphabetical directory below includes subdivision and neighborhood names appearing in the Orland Park MRED closed-sale export supplied for this guide. Some names may represent phases, condominium communities, attached-home developments or commonly used neighborhood labels rather than separate legal subdivisions. The property address and recorded documents should be used to confirm the exact development.

Before choosing a neighborhood: Compare more than the name. Home style, age, lot size, association rules, monthly assessments, taxes, school assignments and amenities can vary—even within a development. Always review the individual property and its documents.

Orland Park has additional established neighborhoods and residential areas beyond the names appearing in this particular sales export. The MRED subdivision field is a useful starting point, but it is not a complete municipal subdivision map. A blank or inconsistent field does not mean a home is outside a neighborhood.

For municipal information, zoning and planning resources, start with the Village of Orland Park website and its GIS data and mapping portal.

Detached and attached properties are calculated separately so that different housing types are not blended together.

A note about neighborhood sales data: We compile market snapshots using available closed-sale records and subdivision information. Occasionally, a listing arrives without a subdivision name—or with details that were never filled in by the listing agent. When we cannot confidently identify the neighborhood, that sale may be left out of that subdivision’s statistics. We can only work with the information that makes it into the system! We make every effort to keep this information accurate and current, but these figures are general market snapshots, not appraisals or guarantees of value.

Blank subdivision fields were reviewed against the property street and the subdivision information available for Orland Park. Where a street appeared in more than one subdivision, or the address did not provide enough evidence for a reliable assignment, the sale was not placed into a neighborhood average. Vacant land and multi-unit transactions are excluded from these residential tables.

The supplied report is a rolling six-month batch and does not include a usable closing-date field for assigning exact calendar dates to the reporting period. The averages are arithmetic means of the closed-sale prices represented in each subdivision and property-type group. No sale counts are displayed.

When reviewing a home in Orland Park, remember that neighborhood averages are only one piece of the picture. Square footage, condition, renovations, lot size, location, age, layout and the type of property all influence value. A townhome should not automatically be compared with a detached home simply because both are in the same named area.

Source: MRED closed-sale export supplied for this community guide. Asking prices are not used as closed-sale results. Vacant land and multi-unit transactions are not included in residential subdivision averages.
