Looking at a particular neighborhood? Subdivision names, phases and municipal boundaries can be confusing. For a specific home, verify the property’s location and school assignment by its street address rather than relying only on its mailing city.

The list includes subdivision names supplied in the MRED export and names identified in Village development resources. It is not a parcel-by-parcel boundary certification or a complete official subdivision registry.

A note about neighborhood sales data: We compile market snapshots using available closed-sale records and subdivision information. Occasionally, a listing arrives without a subdivision name—or with details that were never filled in by the listing agent. When we cannot confidently identify the neighborhood, that sale may be left out of that subdivision’s statistics. We can only work with the information that makes it into the system! We make every effort to keep this information accurate and current, but these figures are general market snapshots, not appraisals or guarantees of value.
