Mokena Subdivisions and Neighborhoods

Neighborhood names are not all separate legal subdivisions. Some are phases, condo or townhome associations, or marketing names. Housing style, age, lot size, amenities, taxes and association rules can vary within a named area. Confirm those details against the individual property, recorded documents and current listing information rather than assuming every home in a neighborhood is alike.

Average Closed-Sale Prices · May 1–October 31, 2026

If you’re comparing neighborhoods, the average closed-sale price can provide a useful starting point. The figures below are based on the MRED closed-sale information and subdivision assignments compiled for this report.

A note about neighborhood sales data: We compile market snapshots using available closed-sale records and subdivision information. Occasionally, a listing arrives without a subdivision name—or with details that were never filled in by the listing agent. When we cannot confidently identify the neighborhood, that sale may be left out of that subdivision’s statistics. We can only work with the information that makes it into the system! We make every effort to keep this information accurate and current, but these figures are general market snapshots, not appraisals or guarantees of value.
